System Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Support

In addition to offering a parts repair or exchange service, PIMMS can visit your site to provide service, maintenance and breakdown support – anywhere in Europe. Our dedicated helpline enables you to easily contact us for fast response. We also monitor calls out - of - hours and if possible we will respond.

We can repair or put right any part of the system including:

• Mechanics
• Hydraulics
• Program changes
• Program fault finding
• We can upgrade or amend software remotely on new systems via a modem or carry out program changes on existing systems on site.
